GWT is a unique company (one of a kind) in as much as we research each request with 200+ vendor contracts. These contracts are not allowed to be used by online search engines. The research that we do takes time, so you will need to be patient with us. It will be worth your while.
If you belong to a consortium it doesn’t make any difference!

What GWT does when you submit a request.
- We will do the research to find the lowest price for your airline request.
- If you have provided the names and dates of birth (passports required) we will build and hold a record.
- We will send you a formal quote that will include the rules of the fare.
- There will be attachments in the quote (credit card authorization form). Real signatures required.
- There will also be a LIRA Agreement attachment for you to fill out (one time only).
- There will be a time limit to purchase the ticket (normally 72 hours) from time of booking.
- There will be a personal note above the itinerary to you about the ticket.
- If you haven’t provided the name and date of birth, we will send you an informal quote to look over.
- We are providing you with some unique tools about any questions you may have regarding air travel. AIRLINE INFO LINK > https://airtable.com/shrr195dN0YvXzOJz. This will include a very special search engine just made for agents and agencies called ITASOFTWARE.COM
- We are going to be there for you 24/7 including when your flyers are traveling.
- You will always have a real live person to communicate with, not machine, so feel free to call anytime.
Ticket cost & profits: No charge for the research.
- When we quote a price, it is exactly what the airline will receive from our vendor contract.
- There won’t be any mark up in the quote.
- You, as our partner, will determine what to charge your client for the ticket.
- The profits from the ticket will be split up as follows: GWT keeps 2/3 of the profit. 1/3 goes to our vendor, 1/3 is for GWT, 1/3 is for you. If the profit exceeds $3,000.00 then you will receive everything over the first $2,000.00.
- There are going to be times when we will not be able to help you. We will advise you on where to purchase.
What we will need from you.
- Please remember that the more you narrow down the request the faster you get the answer.
- We will need copies of the flyer’s passports.
- When you email us the itinerary that you or your client has decided on, please make sure it includes the price you found.
- If you use the Matrix search engine, please copy the last page by doing a ctrl A, then ctrl C, find your email program go into your message area hit your enter key 2 times, then do a ctrl V. Go back to the top or your message area and give us the additional information that is asked for below. If you use a MAC use your command key.

- Exact Itinerary only?
- Number of passengers traveling.
- Can it be ANY airline to lower the price?
- If ANY airline, number of approved connections 1 or 2?
- If Date is flexible …. +1/-1?
- Do you have a competitive price we need to beat?
- Is customer researching coach upgrade options?
- Has Flyer researched all options using their mileage points and/or credit card points plans?
- NEW for 2020: Airlines are now charging for Premium Economy Seats ($40-$150 per flight segment). It’s important we factor that into our quote as that will be an added cost that we are ‘used to’ being included.
- REMINDER: Most airlines in ‘coach’ cheapest economy – DO NOT provide free seats.
We are aware that you can choose anyone you want among the many companies that provide airfare. Just keep in mind that all the websites that offer air consolidation will most likley be priced within $15 – $20 of each other. The prices they quote may not be availble when you try to buy. You will only be just another number to them and if you don’t buy they really don’t care. This will not be the case when you deal with GWT, we treat you like a partner and you can be sure when we give you a price it will be the real cost without any markup built in. You will always have a real live person to talk with and not someone outside the USA. We are user friendly and fun to deal with! Your going to love us!
