Every airline ticket you send us to quote will be checked all possible ways, looking for the biggest discounts available. As a partner you will receive commissions off the base fare on most carriers worldwide.

We are providing you with a special search engine that will not try to sell you any tickets; however, it will show you in detail all the carriers, routings, prices and rules of the fare. Once you have decided on an itinerary please copy it along with the details and pricing and send an email to gwt@gwtdti.com

Travel Agencies
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
– Send GWT-WDIA a copy of the itinerary, including fare and email to GWT-WDIA.
– Name of travelers with their date of birth, nationality or passport info, frequent flyer #, seat request, special meal, etc.
WHAT GWT-WDIA WILL DO AND SEND TO YOU:
• A formal quote will be emailed to you showing the itinerary, published fare GWT’s true cost with no markup.
– If we are holding the record you must respond by the date noted for ticketing.
– If you wish to purchase the ticket, reply
– Please remember the price can change up to the time of issue. We will re-check the pricing when you give us the go-ahead to issue.
– If a credit card is being used to make the purchase we will email you a credit card authorization form for you or your client to fill out and email back to us.
– Once the ticket has been issued, we will send you an e-ticket receipt. You may also check online at the airline’s website.
– If you’re paying by check or wire transfer, we will send an Invoice with our banking information.
PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD TO THE AIRLINES:
– If you purchase a ticket that the airlines are paying the commission on you will need to provide the full credit card info prior to issuing.
– There will be no credit card fees.
PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD TO GWT FOR A NET/BULK, CONTRACTED or PRIVATE FARE:
- GWT-WDIA Travel (WDIA) will appear on the credit card holders’ statement. The description field will state the following: Your agency name, flyers name, airline 2 letter
- After GWT-WDIA process the credit card we will email you a copy of the charge which comes from our processor, this way you can make sure that what we charged is correct.
FLYERS ITINERARY:
Please make sure that the name(s) you provide us are spelled correctly (exact passport / government ID) match. –
For international flights please make sure that your flyers have all necessary documents. –
We all make mistakes, so be very careful that you check all the paperwork we send back to you before we issue. –
